"I'm not sure," Shikyo said. "However, it's good to see you again, my friend. You're welcome to come to my castle to rest."

Adnaha nodded and shifted, now a floating cat she moved closer to Shikyo. "I don't really know where that is," She stopped floating and perched on his shoulder. Her small cat form was practically weightless and easily fit on it so she had no trouble sitting there.

Shikyo smiled as Adnaha used him as a perch.
"I'll take you," he said. He started walking toward his castle with his son following him. The people nearby who were watching what just happened quickly went back to work. They clearly saw this kind of thing a lot and clearly trusted Shikyo and Jordon that nothing was wrong anymore.

Adnaha smiled back at him before turning her head and watching in fascination as people got right back to work. Usually such a commotion brought many stares.
Yyour people trust you an awful lot," she commented, still watching as people went back to their daily tasks.

"Yes, they do," Shikyo said. "It worries me a bit in case I end up making a wrong decision. However, I've been the guardian of this place for a long time. So they trust my judgement maybe a little too well."

"I'm sure with how peaceful my first glimpse was that you have plenty of friends to help correct and mistakes," She hopped, we more like floated off his shoulder and landed on the stone that made the entrance to his castle. Adnaha hovered up a bit from the cool stone and waited for Shikyo to open the door.

Shikyo opened the door and looked at Adnaha.
"I'm thinking of adding a moat since it looks cool and it may help defend the castle should we need to put the citizens here to defend them. What do you think?"

"Well, think practically. Though it looks cool and provides great defense it also gives a great danger to children and the civilians bringing instant death lest they slip and fall. On the good side it also gives you a great place to store enchanted items with protective spells and other such things, again on the bad side it takes away space for roads, plants, and shops," Adnaha floated in and landed. She had provided good cases for both sides and made things a bit harder to decide but as a ruler he should know the pros and cons of all his decisions.

"I've already considered all that," Shikyo said. "That's why it's tough to decide. Maybe I shouldn't since this place has done well enough without one."

"Well, I know a device that can raise and lower ground so you could make one when you need one then set the ground back," She replied examining the space of the room. She floated up to a statue and sniffed it, making sure it was what it seemed.

"Yes, but it requires a lot of maintenance if you want it working as quickly as I assume," Adnaha turned and floated towards Shikyo. "Rocks and other such material would need to be cleared weekly and the joints on the machine lubricated monthly otherwise, it will take a few hours to lower the ground."

"Makes more jobs for your people though," She said giving the thought wheel another spin. She moved so she was curled in a sleeping position but still floating and fell asleep hovering a few feet away from Shikyo about nine inches above the ground.

Shikyo smiled and decided to let her be. He sat next to her and decided to relax himself now.
